New Student Registration for Enrollment

We want to ensure we provide you with individualized service, so we request you make an appointment to enroll at enrollmentcenter@claremore.k12.ok.us. Please include the current grade(s) and the address where the student will reside. However, drop-ins are welcome.

IN PERSON - Enroll at the Enrollment Center at 101 W 11th.

ONLINE - If you are new to CPS and live in the District, you may begin your online enrollment registration on the Infinite Campus Kiosk. If you can upload a .pdf document to the site, you can do it completely online. However, if you need assistance or access to technology, please come to the Enrollment Center.

  • ONLY legal guardians (parent(s) or court-appointed legal guardian) may/can enroll a student. Legal guardians must bring in a valid driver's license or a valid state-issued picture ID or passport.

  • Enrollment cannot be accepted until all required enrollment forms are complete and the required documents are received.

  • PLEASE NOTE: The enrollment center does not obtain the required documents for you. We only request that a student's cumulative file from the previous school be sent to their new school building after they are enrolled; therefore, you must bring in your student's required documents, such as a birth certificate, etc., at the time of enrollment.

RETURNING to CPS - Confirm Your Enrollment

Families who attended CPS in the previous school year will need to confirm their enrollment every year.

CPS Enrollment Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year

Phase 1: Online Registration Update

  1. Access the Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal:

    • Navigate to the IC Parent Portal login page.

    • If you have not activated your account, please email enrollmentcenter@claremore.k12.ok.us or call 918-923-4350 to receive your activation key.

  2. Complete the Online Registration Update:

    • Log in to your IC parent portal via a desktop or the IC app.

    • Navigate to Home Screen > Shortcuts > Zebra Online Registration Update.

    • Select "Existing Student Registration" and then click "Start".

    • Update your student(s) information as required.

    • The new school year will require an updated Proof of Residency (e.g., a utility bill).

Phase 2: Submission of Required Paperwork (After July 1)

  1. Complete and Submit Required Forms:

    • Forms are available after July 1 and must be submitted before receiving a class schedule.

    • Ensure submission of:

      • Updated Proof of Residency (if not previously submitted during the online registration update).

      • Educational Benefits Form (Child Nutrition+).

      • Home Language Survey.

      • McKinney-Vento Form.

      • Technology Responsible Use Agreement.

      • Device Protection Fee.

  2. Check for Communication:

    • You will receive communications from the Registrar at your child’s school concerning any missing documentation.

Phase 3: Enrollment Confirmation and Class Schedule

  1. Receiving Enrollment Status and Schedule:

    • The school's Registrar will notify you about your child’s enrollment status.

    • Elementary Students: Teacher assignments will be given during the annual Meet The Teacher night in August.

    • Secondary Students: Class schedules will be distributed in August once they are finalized.

EARLY REGISTRATION WEEK

Early registration opens March 25, 2024 for 2024-25 Pre-K and New Kindergarten students (New kindergarteners are students who did not attend PreK at CPS in 23-24.)

You can register IN-PERSON March 25-28, 2024 at the Claremore Enrollment Center - 101 West 11th Street, Claremore, OK 74017

Administration, nurses, counselors, and enrollment specialists will be on hand to personally help and meet you and your child.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Bring or upload all the required information for enrollment at Claremore Schools. No child will be enrolled without the proper documentation, up-to-date immunization records, or exemption forms.

  • You can contact the Rogers County Health Department for an appointment for immunizations at 918.341.3166, 2665 N Hwy 88, Claremore, OK. 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • By September 1st

    • Early Childhood students must be 4 years old

    • Kindergarten students must be 5 years old

What is the Parent Portal?
Parent Portal is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information about their student’s work in Claremore Public Schools and about issues that may affect them and their families. Parents are a key factor in their child’s educational and academic success. You need to stay informed about your student’s progress.

What information can be found on Parent Portal?

  • Calendar: Tracks student class attendance and class assignments. Gray boxes indicate school is not in session.

  • Schedule: Lists your student’s class schedule, assignments and grades.

  • Attendance: Shows when your student was absent from class.

  • Behavior: Shows any behavior incidents.

  • Reports: Displays student’s schedule, missing assignments, report cards and grade transcripts.

The Campus Parent and Campus Student mobile apps provide a fast and convenient way for parents and students to check grades, assignments, schedules, attendance and daily planner information on their IOS or Android device. The apps are available to our parents and students at no cost and can be downloaded directly from the iTunes App Store, Google play store, or the links provided below.
