We want to ensure you're aware that the Wengage parent portal for online enrollment will close on June 16, 2023, as Claremore Public Schools (CPS) transitions to a new student information system for the 23-24 school year. After June 16, guardians who have yet to enroll or confirm their child's enrollment in the current parent portal must complete the multi-page paper enrollment process at the CPS Enrollment Center. We encourage everyone to utilize the convenience of the online enrollment process through the existing parent portal BEFORE the online enrollment closes on the 16th.
The new Infinite Campus student information system will be operational on July 24. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Claremore Public Schools Enrollment Center.
