Our staff worked together to provide a luncheon for our paras to enjoy today!!
We also drew names throughout the day to surprise each of them with a gift. Our cafeteria staff also got each of our paras a box of Girl Scout cookies!!!

Today is School Librarian Day!!

It's a day to honor those who don't just shush, but also inspire, guide, and ignite the flames of imagination in every reader they encounter. So, Mrs. James and Mrs. Couch, here's to you: may your stacks be ever organized, your coffee be forever hot, and your adventures within the pages never cease!
Mrs. James is a Rockstar. If you haven't heard her read to these kids you are missing out. She is amazing.
We can't forget Mrs. Couch. She filled in for Mrs. James earlier this year and has been such a blessing to us.

STEM club students were tasked to build a leprechaun trap out of anything that they could think of in the room. Their rule was that it had to be a trap that their leprechaun could fit inside of. Once they were done they had to explain how their trap works.
They all had a very unique take on how they wanted their trap to be!

No Running Club Monday!
All 3rd graders in the district had the opportunity to make a diorama for the Will Rogers Memorial. They had a contest on all dioramas. Catalayah had a few finalist and a 1st place finish!!!!

Huge shoutout to our friends at Cedar Point and our amazing PTO for providing dinner for parent teacher conferences.

As we prepare to return to school on Monday, March 25th, we want to remind you that CPS will be closed for an extended holiday weekend on Friday, March 29th.
This is no April Fool's joke; school will hop right back into session on April 1st, ready to finish the school year strong.

Mrs. Newman's class hosted Rise and Shine a few weeks ago. After their special performance in Friday and invited her class and their families to the cafeteria to have donuts!!! They had a great time celebrating all their hard work!
