"I started out teaching 2nd grade at Westside; two years later, I moved to 1st grade; three years later, I moved to Kindergarten; seven years later, I moved to Pre-K; it is my favorite grade so far! My students come in as toddlers and leave with a vast amount of knowledge, ready for Kindergarten!
I love the aha moments. I love teaching children to have confidence in themselves. I love to develop relationships with my students that last a lifetime and to give my students a solid foundation to build the rest of their learning on. Not to mention the fame! My husband says he can't take me anywhere without running into a former student, and I love it!"
